POLICIES

 If you have any problem with your piece of jewelry, please contact us with 3 days of receiving your package. Exchanges of certain items are offered within 7 days. Due to the nature of our small business we do not except returns. All custom work is final. Changes to design or re-sizing will incur a fee. Any jewelry that has been re-sized or changed in any capacity are final sales. Shipping costs will always be your responsibility.

CARE

Care of your jewelry is your responsibility. If you feel that your jewelry needs to be cleaned, a good soak in a bowl of soapy hot water is always a good idea. As is a scrub down with a soft bristled toothbrush. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help! 

Ruby Pierce Jewelry is made with great care. Please know that although our jewelry is generally very sturdy, carelessness can result in breakage. Please don't wear your rings while you lift weights. We might be able to repair your jewelry, but you are responsible for all costs. Please store all unworn jewelry in airtight plastic or jewelry boxes.

Custom pieces are a joy to create! Please fill out the contact email with your ideas. All details must be finalized before a listing is made. Any changes will be subject to corresponding charges. Payment must be received in full before any jewelry ships out. 

RUSH SERVICES

Rush services are available. Please fill out the contact form to get correct pricing. Pricing depends on your time frame and if the jewelry is in stock or not. We often squeeze folks in. If your curious, please just ask!

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plans are available. Please use the contact page to send an email with the jewelry you'd like to purchase and we can discuss a plan that will work for both of us.   

 REPAIR

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are in need of a repair. Please stop wearing your jewelry and put it somewhere safe until we are able to discuss the issue. We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will always work on your pieces. Replacement and repair fees will incur appropriate fees. Shipping is your responsibility.
